Harmony Foundation of Canada has published Green Cities: a Guide for Sustainable Community Development. The guide includes a foreword by Maurice Strong, ECA chairman emeritus. Green Cities is an official document of World Environment Day and The Urban Environmental Accords. It was written in collaboration with The Centre for Sustainable Community Development, Simon Fraser University in British Columbia. Harmony Foundation is a charitable organization recognized nationally and internationally for its leadership in multisector cooperation and in creating innovative training programs and educational materials for educators, families, youth, the workplace and communities.
