Earth Council Alliance Program Director Olivia Outhavong joins the team of TOMS Shoes in a charitable mission to Misiones, Argentina.  TOMS Shoes is a shoe company based out of California and Argentina. For every pair of shoes that TOMS sells, a pair of shoes is given to a child in need.  Olivia joined TOMS on a mission to Buenos Aires and the Misiones province of Argentina, where they donated over 3,000 pairs of shoes to children in need.  ECA is proud to support this one-for-one charitable business concept and looks forward to future collaboration.
